If you’ve never gone 30 days without ejaculating, and you’re thinking of trying NoFap or Semen Retention, here are the benefits you can expect, AND some things you should be aware of.

There are two main strategies guys use if they’re thinking of not ejaculating for 30 days: NoFap and Semen Retention.

Semen retention is the practice I use, it’s the practice I teach, and it’s the main context for this video.

Most men actually experience the benefits of semen retention even after just 7 days.

30 Days of NoFap vs Semen Retention

30 days of NoFap: would entail you avoiding your sexual desires and urges completely. No masturbation, no sex, no porn, no fantasy, etc. You’d basically be setting this part of you life on hold to focus on other things that are more important.

30 Days of Semen Retention: could look quite different. Semen retention is a sex-positive and pleasure-inclusive practice of building your sexual energy, harnessing it and directing it (through intentional action) into anything you want.

Both NoFap and Semen Retention give you the benefits of Sexual Energy Transmutation, but Semen Retention takes it a notch further.

Semen Retention is basically a modern-day version of what Yogic, Tantric and Taoist sexuality systems have been teaching for generations. All of these traditions see sexual energy as a generative force that should be treated with reverence and respect – NOT as something that should be pushed away and avoided.
