Make-ahead FREEZER breakfasts! French toast sticks, egg muffins, buttermilk syrup

One of my common requests is for more quick and easy breakfast ideas!
So here are a few of our favorites! Whenever you cook, try to double (or triple!) and freeze as often as you can. It saves so much time (and money!) in the long run, and hey, it makes your life a whole lot easier! Check out my food playlist for lots of other food and recipe ideas.

Nana’s Buttermilk Syrup
1 Stick of butter
1 Cup sugar
1/2 Cup Buttermilk (or 1/2 C whole milk with 1T vinegar, let sit for 5 mins)
Bring that to a boil. Remove from heat, add:
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp baking soda
Stir. It will foam up. Let sit for a few minutes, then serve warm. Store in the fridge.
