Trying to live sustainably and off the grid in the rainforests of British Columbia, Canada. Gardening and foraging ourselves off the food grid and preparing that incredible food with no electricity and no gas is key for us! Wood is our most abundant resource here at Komorebi. Alder is our fast growing renewable resource and we will be using it for furniture, smoking, heat, and cooking. In this episode we finish our off the grid wood fired traditional Chinese wok stove, light our first fire, and cook our first meal!
