Here’s how I made the Mandalorian helmet from the new Star Wars TV show the Mandalorian.

This helmet features a long range night vision IR camera that allows the user to see over 500 feet in total darkness using the built in heads up display. The helmet is made using aluminum as well as some 3d printed parts.
