  1. Japanese game developer really is on a whole new level of dedication

    Bravo Capcom !

  2. So much love is going into monster hunter games, i love that

Ps: what do you know about Dragon’s dogma 2 ?

    • In development most likely. Hideaki Itsuno wanted to make two games: DMC5 and Dragon’s Dogma 2. He chose DMC5 first because it’s been a long time since DMC4. Now that it’s out of the way, Dragon’s Dogma 2 is the next one.

    • Ben Hanson was it ?
That was too random to just be a joke…at least i hope 🙁

    • Nebuler Ha, we honestly know nothing. That rapid-fire answer was an absurd joke, sadly.

  3. I love how much thought and detail is put in this game, from designs and mechanics to ambience and sounds, thank you Capcom

    • Don’t thank Capcom, thank the Monster Hunter Team!

    • @Hussain Abdullah He gave sincere critique. Stop acting like a child and this is comming from the guy with a rhydon as a profile pic.

    • @- Zico – There are a lot of cool looking weapons in MHW, but I get what you mean. A lot are rehashed and plain.

  4. Jesus i had chills when i heard that Seliana theme!

  5. I love the Seliana theme. Capcom put so mutch love in this game.

  6. What are you doing for a living?
Nothing special. I am just bashing ice blocks in a basement with a sledgehammer.

  7. This level of detail and dedication is the reason why I love the Monster Hunter series.

    • They just have to optimize the game more. Monster are starting to increase and its great.

    • I am very pleased, considering how other companies like ea, bethesda, etc are so half assed. Now if only Capcom’s fighting game department would get their act together…

If you’re near Anjanath when he does his fire sneeze, there’s an element to the sound effect that sounds…well, disgusting. Like someone blowing their nose.

      It’s amazing.

      Damn right

  8. There are people out there who say video games are is not art, you look at this and the way Capcom describes on how they’re making this game and you tell me that this isn’t art.then I dont know what to tell you ,this game is absolutely art.

    • Games have always been art, they’re literally made from art, some people are just dumb.

    • @Awesome Sauce I’m just kidding.
Also, when did he say that? In the 80s? Because if it was later on, he clearly never heard of Silent Hill.

    • @Walamonga 1313 Dead or not i don’t care. My point was directed at one of the things he use to say which was “Video games are not a form of art”. It was a hot topic at the time he said that, given the relevance to this conversation i felt the jab was appropriate.

    • Lord Gamer not even an argument dude, straight up F A C T S

    • ghost Valdez I would argue that wider games combine multiple forms of art such as visual art and music.

  9. I love when they say what they were trying to do with the music (mysterious, cool, human relationships, etc) and then you hear the final result and it’s like, holy crap, that’s exactly what it does!

  10. Akihiko Narita is the unsung hero! Finally they’ve officially revealed the composer!!! Love it!

  11. really wish I had this much passion in my line of work and hobbies…

  12. Subscribe to Game Informer’s YouTube channel for more behind-the-scenes videos in the future!

According to him there are are Great weapons, hammers a d then there are weapons that aren’t hammers;)

  16. That’s why i really respect Japanese devs because they are very professional and hardworking, and it shows in their games, I would also like to thank the Game Informer team for their awesome coverage of Iceborne and for being a gaming magazine that’s actually about games, the people who make them and the people who play them, not anything else.
