This is definitely one of our favourite matches of the tournament – The Boys v Ape Escape.
There were some crazy tags / Evasions and three of the Chases featured in the ‘Best Chase Competition’.

The World Cricket Tournament 3 (WCT 3) has been proving to be an exciting event for cricket fans all over the world. In the fourth match of the tournament, The Boys took on Ape Escape in what turned out to be a thrilling match.
The Boys won the toss and elected to bat first. Their openers got off to a solid start, with a steady flow of runs early on. However, Ape Escape fought back and took a few wickets in the middle overs to slow down The Boys’ scoring rate. The Boys batsmen, however, showed their resilience and managed to post a competitive total of 170 runs for the loss of eight wickets in their allotted 20 overs.
In response, Ape Escape came out all guns blazing. Their opening batsmen took on The Boys bowlers and managed to get off to a flying start. The Boys, however, didn’t give up easily and managed to take a few wickets to put the pressure back on Ape Escape. But as the match progressed, Ape Escape’s middle-order batsmen held their nerve to get their team closer to the target.
With just a few runs left to win, The Boys’ bowlers made a valiant effort to contain Ape Escape’s batsmen but ultimately fell short. Ape Escape managed to reach the target with just two balls to spare, winning the match by four wickets.
It was a nail-biting finish to what was a memorable match. The Boys and Ape Escape both showed their mettle and put on an impressive display of cricket. The result of the match has thrown the tournament wide open, with many more exciting games to look forward to.
The WCT 3 has been a great platform for cricket teams to showcase their talents and compete at the highest level. It has brought together some of the best cricketing talent from around the world, providing fans with unmatched entertainment.
