Ellen DeGeneres traded her usual blazer for fringe, sequins and a blonde wig to become “Cardi E” — and Cardi B showed up to grade her twerking.

The Halloween episode of The Ellen DeGeneres Show, taped October 31, 2019, opened with DeGeneres strutting out in a full Cardi B transformation, right down to the acrylic nails and prosthetic cleavage. The costume was a direct homage to Diamond, Cardi B’s stripper character in the film Hustlers.
