A decade after Zombieland became a hit film and a cult classic.
The lead cast (Woody Harrelson, Jesse Eisenberg, Abigail Breslin, and Emma Stone) have reunited with director Ruben Fleischer (Venom) and the original writers Rhett Reese & Paul Wernick (Deadpool) for Zombieland 2: Double Tap. In the sequel, written by Rhett Reese & Paul Wernick and Dave Callaham, through comic mayhem that stretches from the White House and through the heartland, these four slayers must face off against the many new kinds of zombies that have evolved since the first movie, as well as some new human survivors. But most of all, they have to face the growing pains of their own snarky, makeshift family.

Zombieland: Double Tap – Official Trailer (HD) has arrived, and it is everything the fans of the first film could have hoped for. The trailer, which was released on July 25th, 2019, is a thrilling and action-packed look at what is to come in this highly anticipated sequel.
The film is set ten years after the events of the original Zombieland, and it follows the continuing adventures of Columbus (Jesse Eisenberg), Tallahassee (Woody Harrelson), Wichita (Emma Stone), and Little Rock (Abigail Breslin) in a world overrun by zombies. The group has relocated to the White House, but their happy existence is soon threatened when Little Rock runs off with a new survivor named Berkeley (Avan Jogia).
The trailer features plenty of action, humor, and suspense, and it promises to deliver the same kind of irreverent, zombie-killing fun that made the first Zombieland such a hit. In addition to Eisenberg, Harrelson, Stone, and Breslin, the sequel features a number of new characters, including Zoey Deutch as Madison, a ditzy and seemingly useless survivor, and Rosario Dawson as Nevada, a badass zombie killer who becomes involved with Tallahassee.
One of the most exciting aspects of the trailer is the return of some fan-favorite elements from the first film, such as the rules that Columbus and Tallahassee use to survive in the zombie apocalypse. The trailer also features a hilarious scene in which the group discovers a new type of zombie, which leads to even more creative ways of dispatching the undead.
Zombieland: Double Tap has been in development for years, and fans have been eagerly anticipating the return of their favorite zombie-killing quartet. The film is directed by Ruben Fleischer, who also directed the first Zombieland, as well as last year’s hit superhero film Venom.
